Fragments

Nana Gregory and Linda King

Exhibit: August 30-September 28, 2006
Fragments presents the work of two painters who utilize pieces or sections of larger images and reconfigure them into a new, larger image. Nana Gregory collects paint chips that have fallen off buildings, boats, cars, and other objects, rearranges them and fixes them onto paper, creating a new image. Linda King is a painter who creates small abstract images. She then puts the small paintings together to create larger, cohesive imagery.
